Kincardine Community Singers rehearsal turns “spooky”
Halloween was still a couple of days away, Wednesday night, but some members of the Kincardine Community Singers were in the spirit, turning the rehearsal into a spooky gathering!
Besides a few lovely black-and-orange outfits and accessories, there were a number of fabulous costumes, including the Christmas Angel, the Devil With a Blue Dress On, the Corpse Bride, Shania Twain, the Spider and the Web, and Peace and Light.
There were also a great assortment of Halloween treats to enjoy during the break, courtesy of Debb Marks and Lisa Kordiaka.
The community singers are rehearsing for their Christmas concert, with the theme, “Peace and Light.” They are under the direction of Patt Lowry, with accompanists Liz Coates and Brenda Manderson and the band.
The concert runs Saturday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m., at Knox Presbyterian Church, Kincardine. Tickets will be available soon.
