​Richard Stanley, formerly of Ripley, dies at the age of 79

Richard Stanley of Osoyoos, British Columbia, formerly of the Ripley area, died peacefully, with family by his side, Oct. 28, 2025, in his 80th year.

Predeceased by the light of his life, Nancy.

Dearly missed by his children, Dixon and Michelle, and Dana and Emil; and three grandsons.

Also survived by his siblings, David and Jean Stanley of Qualicum Beach, and Anne and Mac MacInnes of Ripley.

Private funeral arrangements have taken place.
