Volunteers icing smiles for local Big Brothers and Big Sisters
Volunteers have been rolling up their sleeves and rediscovering their artistic skills, as they decorate Smile Cookies at Tim Hortons in Kincardine, all in support of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Bruce North Huron.
The organization was selected as a charity recipient for the promotion which runs until Sunday, Nov. 23. Fifty per cent of the proceeds from each Holiday Smile Cookie sold will be donated to the local agency.
Santa Claus was even on hand Monday (Nov. 17) to help kick off the fund-raiser.
The Smile Cookie is a delicious white chocolate sugar cookie infused with red and green sprinkles and hand-decorated with a white icing smile face.
There’s no better way to treat your family, friends, and co-workers, while also making a difference in your local community!
