Huge crowd enjoys annual Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary Christmas Boutique and Tea Room
A huge crowd turned out for the annual South Bruce Grey Health Centre – Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary Christmas Boutique and Tea Room, held Friday and Saturday, at the Inverlyn Lake Estates club house, south of Kincardine.

The event featured numerous Christmas home decor items and decorations, tea towels, serviettes, pillows, stuffed animals, knitted scarves and mittens, and so much more.

After the patrons were done shopping, they were welcome to enjoy coffee or tea and some delicious treats in the tea room. They could also purchase boxes of goodies to take home.

Hospital gift shop convener Tracy Robinson did an excellent job of organizing the sale, with assistance from members of the hospital auxiliary.

The tea room conveners and their many helpers created a lovely, relaxing spot to enjoy the tasty homemade treats and a hot beverage.

Besides a surprise visit from Santa Claus, the hospital auxiliary also had a beautiful quilt, donated by the Kincardine Sunset Quilters’ Guild, to raffle off. And the winner was Liz Dadson of the Kincardine Record!!!

The final tally for the event will be announced at the auxiliary’s Christmas Luncheon, Wednesday.

Appreciation goes to all the auxiliary members and volunteers who worked diligently and helped in so many ways to make this fund-raiser such a resounding success!

And special thanks to the wonderful community for supporting this event. All the money raised goes toward purchasing new equipment for the Kincardine Hospital.
