IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
(KINCARDINE, ON) – Jan. 21, at 7:20 p.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Princes Street in Kincardine, stopped a grey Honda Civic.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-seven-year-old Kale LUESCHER of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 17, to answer to the charge.
TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE
(BRANT TWP, ON) – Jan. 21, at 1:01 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township, stopped a green Ford pick-up truck.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-eight-year-old Jason ROORDA of Kitchener was charged with impaired driving, operate over-80 milligrams and possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 10, to answer to the charges.
