Traffic complaint leads to impaired charge in Kincardine
(KINCARDINE, ON) - Nov. 23, at 5:11 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver, travelling south from Port Elgin.
The responding officer was able to locate the vehicle along Highway 21, south of Tiverton. A roadside screening device was administered on the driver, resulting in a fail. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.
Todd MILLER, 45, of no fixed address, was charged with Operation while impaired - B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b).
The accused is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton, Jan. 7, 2026, to answer to the charge.
