The Kincardine Community Singers will envelope you in peace and light with their Christmas concert, set to run this weekend at Knox Presbyterian Church, Kincardine.
The show, entitled “Peace and Light,” features some beautiful Christmas music, including the “Peace Carol,” “The Angels’ Carol,” “Away in a Manger,” A Christmas Blessing” and “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day,” as well as a few lively pieces, such as “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town” and “I’ve Got Me Love to Keep Me Warm.”
The concert also has a few solos and ensembles to round out the evening’s entertainment.
The choir is under the direction of Patt Lowry, with accompanists Liz Coates and Brenda Manderson. Also accompanying the choir is the band, featuring Steve Deer, Karen Weber, Mike Smith, Brian Tovey, Diane Wall and Hilary McPherson.

The concert runs Saturday, Dec. 13, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Dec. 14, at 3 p.m., at the church.
Tickets are $25 each for adults, and $5 each for children (ages 12 and under); available at Penetangear in downtown Kincardine, from any choir member or at kcsconcerttickets@gmail.com.
