Complainant charged in overnight vehicle theft report
(KINCARDINE, ON) - The South Bruce OPP has charged the complainant in a stolen vehicle report from last month.
Nov. 21, the South Bruce OPP received the report of a stolen motor vehicle, at a residence along Highway 9 in the Municipality of Kincardine.
Investigation led to police re-attending the complainant's residence, where officers located the vehicle in an outbuilding on the property.
Johnatan WILLIAMSON, 29, of the Municipality of Kincardine has been charged with:
- Public mischief, CC 140(1)(c)
- Fraud under $5,000, CC 380(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear Jan. 28, 2026, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton, to answer to the charges.
