Highway 21 in Kincardine area re-opens Thursday morning
Highway 21, from Kincardine to Port Elgin, was re-opened Thursday morning after being closed Wednesday night, due to blowing and drifting snow.
The South Bruce OPP reported that as of 4:50 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 12, the highway was open. All Bruce County roads are also open.
Snowy, windy conditions are forecast into the weekend.
