​“Rush 50th Anniversary Collage with Platinum LP” is next print in Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary fund-raiser

“Rush 50th Anniversary Collage with Platinum LP” is the next print in the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine Hospital Auxiliary's Art/Easel Program fund-raiser, on display at Sobeys Kincardine.

This print celebrates five decades of this band’s legendary musicianship. Rush is known for its complex compositions, and its musical style had changed several times over those early years. In the 1990s, Rush returned to a guitar-driven hard rock sound which continued for the rest of the band’s career.

The second print on display at Sobeys Kincardine is entitled, “Supersonic Avro Arrow” by Jeff Stephenson. This digitally-created first-edition print features the Avro CF-105 Arrow which holds a special place in Canadian aviation history because of its cutting-edge technology and capabilities. Stephenson had a life-long passion for aviation and his work has been shown in galleries and won many awards.

The print at the Kincardine Hospital is entitled, “On the Run," by Cecil H. Ivey.

The print at Rona Kincardine is entitled, “Air Jordan Shoe Collection.”

The print at Boston Pizza in Kincardine is entitled, “Detroit Red Wings Greatest Players."

The print at Canadian Tire in Kincardine is entitled, “Johnny Cash – Walk the Line.”

The starting bid for each print is $215, and they are on display until Thursday, May 7.
