Police seek public's assistance after tractor theft near Mildmay

(MUNICIPALITY OF SOUTH BRUCE, ON) The South Bruce OPP is seeking the public's assistance in locating a stolen tractor and identifying those responsible for the theft.

May 25, the South Bruce OPP received a report of the theft of a large farm tractor from a property near Mildmay.

The tractor is described as a 2004 John Deere 9220, green and yellow, with dual tires, and a yellow Leon tractor blade on the front.

Police are requesting anyone with dashcam or home security cameras located between Walkerton and Mildmay that may have captured any tractor movements May 23, to report the activity to police. Please only contact police if the tractor matches the description provided above.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the South Bruce OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or report anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
