(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - Members of the South Bruce OPP have concluded the search for a man involved in an incident in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
Tuesday, June 16, at 2:47 a.m., police responded to the report of an altercation at a residence in the township. Officers established containment in the area north of Amberley Beach Road and conducted a search with the assistance of the OPP Aviation Unit, Canine Unit, and Emergency Response Team.
A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged with:
Failure to comply with release order
Assault - cause bodily harm
The accused was held for a bail hearing June 17, at the Ontario Court of Justice, Walkerton and was subsequently released. The identity of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
