Almost 40 Grade 8 graduates of St. Anthony’s School in Kincardine, celebrated with a prayer service, graduation ceremony and presentation of awards, followed by a reception and dance at the school, Tuesday night.
During the ceremony, principal Jocelyn Auger addressed the graduates and their families, and the valedictorian address was given by Everlie Waite and Mila Henhoeffer.
The Grade 8 certificates were given out, and the following awards were presented:
Knights of Columbus Athlete of the Year awards – Isla Vinandy and Ayden Shah
Catholic Women's League award for Christian Living – Allie Dalcourt and Ayden Shah
