Huron Shores Hospice hosting first Wings of Remembrance Butterfly Release

The team at Huron Shores Hospice is hosting its first Wings of Remembrance Butterfly Release, Saturday, Aug. 22, at 2 p.m., at the Tiverton Walk of Memories, with parking available at the Tiverton Arena.

This special event has been created to honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones who have died. It will feature live music, a brief remembrance ceremony, and a peaceful walk along the Walk of Memories where participants will release butterflies as a meaningful tribute. 

The hope is to provide a reflective and comforting experience for all family members and friends. 

The Wings of Remembrance is for everyone. Whether you're remembering a parent, child, sibling, friend, neighbour, colleague, or someone who left a lasting impact on your life, you are invited to gather for this meaningful afternoon of remembrance.

You do not need to have a connection to Huron Shores Hospice to participate.
