(BROCKTON, ON) - A resident of Hanover has been charged with multiple impaired operation charges, following a collision in Brockton.
July 24, at 9:25 p.m., the South Bruce OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Bruce County Road 4. Two individuals were taken to hospital and later released with minor injuries.
During the investigation, officers observed signs of impairment with one of the drivers and placed that individual under arrest.
Quinn WERLE, 26, of Hanover has been charged with:
Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
Operation while impaired - blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus
Dangerous operation
The accused was released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, Sept. 2.
The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused's driver's licence was suspended for a period of 90 days.
