Team Reid McDonald's in Kincardine is celebrating a significant milestone as employee Geoffrey Dadson marks 15 years of service with the organization.
Dadson joined the Kincardine McDonald's restaurant in 2011 at the age of 16 and has become a familiar and valued member of the team over the years. Having worked in a variety of kitchen roles, he is best known for his dedication to opening the restaurant and preparing the kitchen for the day ahead.
For the past 12 years, he has been responsible for opening the store five days per week, arriving in the early morning hours to ensure the kitchen is organized, stocked, and ready for success. Colleagues say his attention to detail and organizational skills have made him an expert in his role.
Beyond his work ethic, Dadson is known for his friendly personality and ability to connect with co-workers. Team members describe him as someone who can always be counted on to share a joke and bring energy to the workplace. One of his well-known traditions is playfully hiding co-worker Lynn Reilly's muffin, providing a daily laugh for the team.
"Geoffrey has been a dedicated and dependable member of our team for 15 years," said Team Reid management. "His commitment, positive attitude, and willingness to support those around him have made a lasting impact on our restaurant and the people he works with."
As he celebrates this milestone anniversary, Team Reid McDonald's expressed gratitude for Dadson's years of service and contributions to the Kincardine restaurant.
"Employees like Geoffrey are the foundation of our success," the team noted. "We are proud to celebrate his achievements and look forward to many more years working together."
