Huron Shores Hospice hosting end-of-life planning workshop in Point Clark

Huron Shores Hospice's popular and informative end-of-life planning workshop, "Are Your Ducks in a Row?" will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, from 6:30-9:30 p.m, at the Point Clark Community Centre.

This event is made possible with generous support from Ontario Power Generation (OPG).

The workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore and prepare for end-of-life planning, guided by the hospice's compassionate end-of-life Doulas.

Participants will gain practical tools and knowledge to clearly communicate their wishes, make informed decisions about future care, and create meaningful legacy projects. They will also receive guidance on advance care planning, a workbook to continue planning at home, and resources to support them through the process. All framed in a way that approaches end-of-life discussions as an act of love, care, and empowerment.
