Kincardine has new public works director, starting May 9
Kincardine has a new public works director.
Effective May 9, Adam Weishar will join the municipality, taking over from chief administrative officer Murray Clarke, who has been acting public works director since November, 2013.
Weishar comes to Kincardine from the Municipality of South Bruce where he was manager of operations. He has 10 years of experience in a variety of areas, including all disciplines of civil engineering, administration and management, finance and budgeting, and fleet procurement.
"We are thrilled and excited that Adam is joining our team," says mayor Anne Eadie. "We are certain he'll be a true asset."
“Adam’s range of skills and experience will work well at the higher levels of management, as well as in the operational and technical dimensions,” says Clarke.
