More than 200 people attended the Kincardine Wedding Show, held Sunday, Feb. 28, at the Davidson Centre, Kincardine, raising $1,080 for Community Living of Kincardine and District.

Organizing the event, were Amanda Ross, certified wedding planner, of Lucknow; Kat Hazelwood, photographer, of Kincardine, and Millie Weerasinghe of 24 Elephants invitations, also of Kincardine.

The trio attends wedding and bridal shows, with great success, and decided to host one in Kincardine since there hasn't been one held here in years.

The event drew 216 people, including 80 brides, who enjoyed checking out the various services provided by the 35 vendors on hand - everything from cakes and accommodation, to wedding gowns and invitations, to transportation, photographers, marriage commissioners, halls, music, and more.
