HALLAM was last seen on his property around 11 a.m., March 25, 2009. Police believe he left his property and walked toward a wooded area of the nearby Saratoga Swamp.
A very exhaustive search was completed by the OPP. The search involved specialized units, consisting of the Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit and the Helicopter Unit. A large contingent of community volunteers also assisted in the search. Despite the significant efforts of the OPP, family members and community volunteers, HALLAM has not been located.
At the time of his disappearance, HALLAM (R) was 66 years of age, 5’8” tall and weighed around 200 pounds. He is partially bald with greying hair.
