POLICE INVESTIGATING OVERNIGHT THEFT OF TOOLS
(WALKERTON, ON) – April 20, at 9:55 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at a residence along Jackson Street South in Walkerton.
Sometime between 11 p.m. April 19, and 9:50 a.m. April 20, a black Black and Decker skill saw and a silver Estwing framing hammer with blue handle, were taken from a detached shed on the property. The value of the stolen tools is estimated to be more than $350.
POLICE INVESTIGATING DAYTIME BREAK-IN
(HURON TWP, ON) – April 19, at 2:39 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a break-in at a residence along Carloway Trail in Huron Township.
Sometime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 19, the home was forcibly entered. The list of stolen property includes an Apple MacBook Air, gold necklaces, gold earrings, gold bracelets and a pearl necklace. The value of the stolen property is estimated to be more than $5,000.
POLICE INVESTIGATING OVERNIGHT BREAK-IN
(WALKERTON, ON) – April 19, at 8:37 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a break-in at Beautiful Beginnings Spa located along Durham Street East in Walkerton.
Sometime between 7 p.m. April 18, and 8:30 a.m. April 19, the business was forcibly entered. A quantity of cash and a gift card were taken from the business. The value of the stolen items is estimated to be more than $175.
LAPTOP COMPUTER AND COLLECTION BOX TAKEN OVERNIGHT
(WALKERTON, ON) – April 19, at 7:15 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a break-in at Tranquility Spa located along Durham Street East in Walkerton.
Sometime between 10 p.m. April 18, and 7 a.m. April 19, the business was forcibly entered. The list of stolen property includes a black Hewlett-Packard laptop computer, a quantity of cash, and a collection box to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters. There is no estimate on the value of the stolen items at this time.
