IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – April 24, at 2:49 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 10 in Elderslie Township, stopped a white Jeep Wrangler.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-year-old Denise MacMILLAN of West Grey Township has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams. She is scheduled to appear in court May 4, to answer to the charges.
IMPAIRED DRIVER CAUGHT AT RIDE CHECK
(MILDMAY, ON) – April 23, at 6:11 p.m., members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting a RIDE check on Absalom Street West in Mildmay when a brown GMC Sierra pick-up truck was stopped.
Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Fifty-four-year-old Brian KRELLER of the Municipality of South Bruce has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court May 18, to answer to the charge.
IMPAIRED DRIVER CAUGHT IN TRAFFIC STOP
(WALKERTON, ON) – April 23, at 3:30 a.m., a South Bruce OPP on patrol along Warden Street in Walkerton, stopped a blue Toyota 4Runner.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-three-year-old Nelson BISHOP of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court May 4, to answer to the charge.
THREE-DAY SUSPENSION SERVED
(BRANT TOWNSHIP, ON) – April 23, at 1:31 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 3 in Brant Township, stopped a silver Dodge Ram.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. A three-day driver’s licence suspension was served following a warn range result at the roadside.
