A great crowd lined up early in anticipation of the doors opening for the annual Tiverton Lions Garage Sale, Friday night at the Tiverton Annex.
The barbecue held just prior to the start of the event was a success with lots of hungry customers enjoying a meal while they waited to dash in and find a bargain. The sale continued Saturday morning.
There was a wide variety of articles laid out on rows and rows of tables, and the garage sale was a huge success with all money raised used for Tiverton Lions Club community projects.
Many Lions, spouses and friends helped sort all the donations Wednesday, Thursday and Friday under the guidance of chairperson Lion Judy Semple and her committee of Lions Gerda Roppel and Regan Roppel.
