Multicultural Day draws another good crowd
The 14th annual Multicultural Day drew a good crowd to the Davidson Centre, Tuesday evening, May 10.
The event featured displays of about 20 different countries and cultures, as well as various non-profit groups and organizations.
The goal of Multicultural Day is to help people understand the values, cultures, food, costumes and history of their friends and neighbours in the community. This is one of the many ways to make the community and Canada a better place in which to work and live.
The crowd enjoyed learning of the various cultures and tasting different food, and welcomed the great entertainment.
