Shriners from across southwestern Ontario were on parade in downtown Kincardine, Saturday, June 4. And it was a perfect day for a parade!
About 500 Shriners and their ladies came to Kincardine for the annual Ceremonial Convention, held at the Davidson Centre throughout the weekend.
While there was lots of pomp and circumstance, the highlight of the event was the magnificent parade which lasted almost 40 minutes and featured mini-kars, Oriental bands, pipe bands, dune buggies, Hot Rods, a couple of cattle, and a Maid of the Mist boat.
