Three Kincardine men join South Bruce Grey Health Centre board
Three Kincardine men have been appointed to the South Bruce Grey Health Centre board.
Bill Heikkila, Doug Harris and Jim Bagshaw, all of Kincardine, were named to the board, along with Sheila Dowler of Arran-Elderslie, at the annual general meeting Wednesday evening in Walkerton.
Larry Allison of Saugeen Shores, a five-year member of the board, was appointed chairman, and Stephen Townsend of Durham was appointed vice-chairman.
Two existing board members, Betty MacDonald of Kincardine and Brent MacKinnon of Arran-Elderslie, were re-elected for an additional term, and past-chairman John Haggarty was named an honourary member of the board after more than 20 years of service.
