Country music star Dean Brody captivates crowd at Lucknow's Music in the Fields, Friday night

Country music star Dean Brody captivated the huge crowd, Friday night, at Lucknow's Music in the Fields.

The evening included hugely-talented warm-up acts: The Lovelocks and Tebey, as well as Sacha on the side stage.

Zoe Neuman and Ali Raney of The Lovelocks brought a high-energy performance to the stage, while Tebey brought a harder, rock and roll edge to his music. Both were huge hits with the crowd, and with their fans as they held autograph sessions after their shows.

Serena Rutledge of Ripley sang "O Canada."

Then headliner Brody took to the stage and was simply fabulous, entertaining the crowd with his folksy manner and delightfully-heartwarming country music. He even held up a fuchsia ukulele which he played in one of his songs, noting that he was taking lessons from his daughter who doesn't believe he has a future playing that instrument.
