Perfect weather, great activities draw large crowd to Kincardine Fall Fair
Perfect weather and a variety of great activities drew one of the largest crowds ever to the Kincardine Fall Fair on the weekend.

The three-day event began Friday night when Delage Mowle was chosen as the new fall fair ambassador.

Saturday featured 4-H dairy and beef invitational shows, children activities, the TD kids' corner, a petting zoo, remote control car track, exhibits and entertainment in the Connaught Park Pavilion, and a fantastic parade.

In the afternoon, there were cattle judging, bale-rolling and bale-throwing competitions, the quilt draw, a sheep-shearing demonstration, archery, the cake wheel game, and a midway for youngsters, featuring three rides, one game of chance, a Candy Castle, and two bouncy inflatables.

The fall fair dance was held in the pavilion, Saturday night.

Sunday events, included a community worship service in the morning, as well as a miniature horse show, the TD kids' corner, midway, and the Touch a Truck event.
