Spooktacular Halloween Party raises almost $2,000 for Stonehaven Park

There were pirates, princesses, ninja warriors, skunks and the usual ghosts and ghouls at the Spooktacular Halloween Party, held Oct. 29, at St. Anthony's School in Kincardine.

The event featured a tour through the Haunted House, as well as lots of food, fun, games, activities and prizes.

A fund-raiser for the Stonehaven Park Development, the party brought in a total of $1,752.45, including $600 from the silent auction.

The development, located at the south end of Kincardine, has also received a $2,000 grant from Community Foundation Grey Bruce, which organizers hope to put toward Phase 1 of the park which is an accessible swing set.
