Kincardine Community Concert Band performs at Trillium Court

The Kincardine Community Concert Band performed its Christmas concert at Trillium Court Seniors' Community, Kincardine, Wednesday night.

The beautiful Christmas music soared throughout the atrium, as the 25-member band played a variety of songs, from traditional Christmas carols to jazzed up Christmas tunes. It was a tremendous performance, showcasing some very talented musicians in the community, including several young people.

The Trillium Court show was actually a dress rehearsal for the band's Christmas Celebration, "Sounds of the Season," slated for Sunday, Dec. 4, at 3 p.m., at Kincardine United Church. Joining the band, are special guests: the Ecole Elgin Market Public School primary choir, and the Kincardine Brass Band. Freewill donations will be accepted at the door, to be shared by the band and the church.
