Trillium Court residents raise $245 for Alzheimer Society at Walk for Memories
About a dozen residents participated in the Trillium Court Seniors' Community Alzheimer Walk for Memories, Friday morning, Jan. 20, raising $245 for the cause.

Joined by recreation director Lesley MacGregor, lifestyle consultant Heike Boettcher, and activities co-ordinator Brianne Waeijen, the group gathered on the third floor for some refreshments and to walk laps around the top floor.

Leading the way in laps, and taking first prize, was Ian Burbridge with 93 laps, followed by Alice Vande Klippe with 53 laps, and Ron Osborne and Linda Delaney, tied with 50 laps each.

Trillium Court had held a number of other events to raise money for the Alzheimer Society of Grey Bruce, with a total amount to be calculated at a later date.
