Goderich man charged with break and enter

(ASHFIELD, COLBORNE, WAWANOSH, ON) - A 30-year-old Goderich man is facing a Break and Enter charge, following an incident that took place this past weekend in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township. 
 
Saturday, March 4, at 11:13 a.m. Huron County OPP officers responded to a residence located on Mill Road to check on the home after the property owner discovered visible damage to an exterior window.   
 
Officers entered the residence and while searching, they found a male suspect hiding inside the unoccupied home. Police arrested the man without incident and took him into custody.
 
As a result, Perry BAKKER, 30, of Goderich has been charged with Break, Enter Dwelling House. He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for April 3, at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich.
