Bluewater school board welcomes participation in on-line survey about budget

The Bluewater District School Board is inviting members of the public to participate in an on-line survey as part of the annual budget planning process.

Students, parents/guardians, staff, and other stakeholders are encouraged to provide their feedback through a short series of questions that will help the board of trustees identify priorities for the efficient, effective, and equitable use of board resources in 2017–18.

The survey is open until Friday, March 24, at 4 p.m., on the board website at www.bwdsb.on.ca or at the following link: www.surveymonkey.com/r/BWDSB_survey

Interested participants who require another survey format, are asked to contact Kelly Helm at 519-363-2014, Ext. 2108 or kelly_helm@bwdsb.on.ca.

Members of the public may also present their ideas for the 2017–18 budget at the business committee of the board meeting, Tuesday, April 4, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the education centre in Chesley. Further details on making a presentation can be obtained by contacting Helm, as outlined above, one week prior to the meeting.
