South Bruce Grey Health Centre releases strategic plan for 2017-20
The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has released the organization’s strategic plan for 2017‐20.
The new plan highlights four strategic pillars that will be used to advance the work of the multi-site rural hospital corporation in the coming years so that patients always receive high quality health care, states a press release.
The organization will be specifically focusing on experiences, partnerships, sustainability and leadership as strategies that will support its updated mission, vision and core values.
“As the transformation of Ontario’s health care system continues to unfold, it is more important than ever to plan for the future,” says Paul Rosebush, president and chief executive officer of the health centre.
“After months of reflection, discussion and stakeholder consultation on our plans for the future, I am very confident that we will reach our goals and work together as a team to provide our communities with quality health care close to home.”
The full plan is available on the health centre's website at:
