Kincardine water plant returns to service; water conservation notice lifted
The Kincardine water treatment plant is back on-line, supplying water to the Town of Kincardine, Huronville, and users along the pipeline to Inverhuron.

An emergency situation at the plant, Thursday afternoon (March 23), prompted the municipality to call for conservation as the water was being drawn from the Huron-Kinloss lakeshore drinking water system.

The municipality appreciates all users of the Kincardine drinking water system for conserving water, while the plant was off-line.

Also, a thank you to Huron Kinloss Township for supplying water over the past few days and to its customers who helped out by conserving water as well.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Kincardine water services office at 519-396-4660.
