Kincardine Skating Club receives generous donation from Society of Energy Professionals

The Kincardine Skating Club, a non-profit group, has gratefully accepted a cheque for $1,700 from the Society of Energy Professionals, Bruce Power Local.

This generous donation was put toward the annual "Skate Spectacular" show held Feb. 24. As well as the usual expenses and costs for the production, the Society's funding helped the club purchase new rope lights for the back half of the ice surface against the boards - both a beautiful look and a safety improvement for the skaters to see their boundary.
