Children enjoy crafts, face-painting, dancing at Tiverton Lions Easter Egg Hunt

About 100 children, parents and families gathered at the Whitney Crawford Community Centre for the annual Tiverton Lions Easter Egg Hunt.

The event included making crafts, decorating cupcakes, colouring, face-painting, and entertainment by dancers with the Hype Performing Arts Academy of Tiverton.

The three groups performing included the Bunnies in Pink, ages two-and-a-half to three; the Step Dancers in Blue, age four and five; and the Boys Hip Hop, ages five to eight.

Everyone enjoyed hot dogs, and then a small number of children at a time, was allowed to enter a room full of balloons and Easter eggs. Each found an egg and turned it in for a treat bag to take home, along with all the other goodies.
