South Bruce OPP report impaired drivers; and mischief

IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
 
(KINLOSS TWP, ON) - April 30, at 2:42 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 1 in Kinloss Township, stopped a grey Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. 

The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Twenty-six-year-old Cedric SCOTT of Kinloss Township was charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court May 31, to answer to the charge.

BREAKING WINDOW LEADS TO DAY IN COURT
 
(KINCARDINE, ON) - April 29, at 10:17 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received a report of mischief at Gilley's Feed Lot located along Queen Street in Kincardine. 

Officers arrived to find that a window at the front of the business had been broken. Twenty-year-old Zachary WILTON-BURRY of London was charged with mischief under $5,000 and public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in court June 7, to answer to the charges.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE CALL LEADS TO ARREST
 
(HURON TWP, ON) - April 29, at 6:46 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a suspicious vehicle along Bruce County Road 86 in Huron Township. 

Officers located a white BMW X12 and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Sixty-year-old Lise BURCHER of Puslinch Township, was charged with refuse breath sample and drive without current validation. She is scheduled to appear in court May 31, to answer to the charges.
