Sign Party hosted by The Woodshop at Rvilla Retirement Living in Ripley
Sign, sign, everywhere a sign!
That's what is planned for Saturday, June 17, beginning at 1:30 p.m., at RVilla Retirement Living in Ripley.
The Woodshop is hosting a Sign Party, and invites everyone to come for a fun afternoon of sign-making.
This session is the start of the Art Extravaganza to be held over the next year at RVilla, thanks to funding from the New Horizons for Seniors Program.
Besides the sign-making, RVilla will be offering free art classes in pottery and painting, for residents and members of the community to attend.
Special guests at the Sign Party June 17, are Huron-Bruce MP Ben Lobb and MPP Lisa Thompson - which is a sure "sign" that elections must be coming up soon!
The sign-making class is free of charge, and refreshments and snacks will be provided. There are three options for making a sign:
- Friend, Leader, Strong, Teacher, Protector, Hero
- Always stay humble and kind
- Love makes our house a home
To reserve your space, please RSVP, with the design of your choice (from above) by June 10, as space is limited, to Janelle at generalmanager@rvillaretirement.com or 519-395-0225.
