Kincardine hospital auxiliary raises more than $9,000 during Tag Days
Members of the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine hospital auxiliary were amazed at the wonderful generosity of the community during Tag Days held June 29-30 in Kincardine.
The weather wasn’t great but the donations were tremendous as people filled the bed pans, for a grand total of $9,322.45.
The hospital auxiliary appreciates Sobeys, Canadian Tire, the LCBO, No Frills and Gordon Pharmasave, for allowing members to set up at their stores, especially indoors out of the rain, as well as the Municipality of Kincardine for the permission to set up downtown.
A big thank you to convener Ginny Ross and the auxiliary members and friends for manning the tables and, again, thank you to our marvellous community for your awesome donations. The money raised will be used to purchase equipment for the Kincardine hospital.
