The Class of 2017 at Huron Heights Public School, Kincardine, had a total of 80 graduates honoured at the Grade 8 graduation ceremony, held Tuesday, June 27, at the school.
Vice-principal Tanya Leppington welcomed everyone, followed by the singing of "O Canada" and remarks by principal Deborah Rayner, and school board trustee Jan Johnstone.
Besides the Grade 8 graduation diplomas, and the valedictory address by Lauren Thede and Etienne Joulin, the following awards were presented:
