As always the Bervie United Church put on a delicious meal at the Garden Party, Tuesday evening. Everyone enjoyed the music too.

Betty and Ken Morrison of Huntsville spent the weekend with Mary Anne Kukoly and visited with many of their Colwell and Eadie relatives at Audrey’s party.
It was good to see so many folks enjoying the 80th birthday party for Norma and Bruce Raynard in Lucknow recently. We were glad to see their daughter, Marian, home from eastern Ontario.
Congratulations to Eric Howald, former editor and publisher of the Kincardine Independent, on the release of his book, "Houdini, turkey and the small town editor." I’m sure it will be a fun read.
A Celebration of Life gathering for Reta MacDonald was held at the Ripley Legion, Saturday, with many MacDonald cousins in attendance.
Teresa and David Becker and family visited with Jenn and Jer Nahwegahbow at Camp Kahquah last week.
Deanna Scott, Don and Jess Doupe and Betty and Art Helm enjoyed the "Mr. New Year's Eve, a night with Guy Lombardo" show at Blyth Theatre, Sunday.
The Herb and Ada Farrell Family picnic was hosted by the Jack and Janet Farrell family at the summer home of Rob and Carolyn Farrell, with about 80 in attendance. We were pleased to have Aunt Ethel and Uncle John Nother there and wish Happy 78th Birthday greetings to Uncle John. Youngest in attendance, at four months old, was Nora Farrell, daughter of Glen and Sarah; and Clara Farrell, nine months old, daughter of Jamie and Crystal. It was also great to see Kim and Brad Stephens and Chris, Tyson and Cooper VandeSype home from the west. Thanks to Wilf Gamble for taking some photos too!
