Something must be done with lake trail at Mystic Cove, says reader

To the Editor:

When the Mystic Cove development was created, the coach road was to be replaced by a lake side trail. All this was approved by the Municipality of Kincardine.

Now that the lake water level is high and the winds are blowing, the trail is flooded and washed out.

The coach road should never have been developed. Our ancestors knew enough to build the coach road away from the lake.

Now there is no turning back, but something needs to be done with the lake trail. We pay lots of tax money and get nothing, out here in Lorne Beach.
