Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band is aglow for final Saturday Night Parade of summer

A mammoth crowd lined Queen Street, Kincardine, for the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band's final Saturday Night Parade of the summer.

The band marched from Victoria Park to Quinn Plaza, followed by hundreds of people. There, they greeted family and friends, and several drummers allowed youngsters to take a try at playing the tenor drum, snare drum, and the big bass drum.

Then, the band formed up behind drum majors Lorne Smith and George Alderman, and was aglow in sparkling lights for the march back down Queen Street, to Victoria Park, for a concert and the end of another great summer tradition in downtown Kincardine.
