Crowd enjoys fabulous Kincardine Fall Fair parade
It was great weather for a parade, as the crowd lined Queen Street and Broadway to watch the Kincardine Fall Fair parade, Saturday afternoon.
Led by Kruz (Andy Kruzynski) in his custom cruiser, followed by the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band, the parade marched from Victoria Park through downtown Kincardine, and down the Broadway hill to Connaught Park and the fairgrounds.
It was a fabulous event, featuring the Kincardine Legion Colour Party, numerous vintage cars carrying dignitaries and the newly-crowned Kincardine Fall Fair ambassador, Priya Kalra, as well as junior ambassador Heidi Allen and mini-ambassador Ivy Cruickshank.
There were floats, featuring the Kincardine Community Concert Band, the Craig Family and its Super Hero theme, and the 2018 Reunion committee, along with sweet rides, such as the colourful ice Cream Shack entry. Also along the parade route, were decorated bikes, scooters, antique tractors, miniature horses, and a goat.
After the parade arrived at the fairgrounds, the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band performed a brief concert before everyone went in search of other entertainment, animal shows and activities to enjoy at the fair.
