South Bruce OPP report impaired driver; and thefts
IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
(BRANT TWP, ON) - Sept. 8, at 8:25 p.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 2 in Brant Township, stopped a white Chevrolet Express.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-seven-year-old Christopher WEBER of Brockton has been charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 20, to answer to the charge.

POLICE INVESTIGATING THEFT OF TOOLS
(MILDMAY, ON) - Sept. 8, at 8:16 a.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of the theft of tools in Mildmay.
Sometime between 9 p.m. Sept. 7, and 8 a.m. Sept. 8, the tools were taken from a pick-up truck along Simpson Street in Mildmay. A Mastercraft socket set, a 15-amp Mastercraft reciprocating saw, a 14-ounce Stiletto framing hammer, and a 20-volt Dewalt cordless hammer drill, were taken. The value of the stolen tools is estimated to be $750.
POLICE INVESTIGATING OVERNIGHT THEFT OF UTILITY TASK VEHICLE
(GREENOCK TWP, ON) - Sept. 6, at 12:32 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a theft at a residence in the 1200 block of Bruce County Road 20 in Greenock Township.
Sometime between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 5, and 9 a.m. Sept. 6, a red Polaris Utility Task Vehicle (UTV), commonly known as a side-by-side, was taken. The vehicle had Licence No. 9CM89, and the serial number is on file with police. The value of the stolen UTV is estimated to be $10,000.
