Spring is in the air, and the signs are everywhere
Spring is in the air, and the signs are, literally, everywhere.
A trip south of Kincardine, Wednesday afternoon, found a sign for Saratoga Road snapped off and lying on the west side of Highway 21. Further south, was a sign for Concession 10 of Huron-Kinloss which had been clipped by snow removal equipment.
But there are other signs as well. Warmer temperatures and a bit of rain earlier this week, have melted a lot of snow and turned area fields into lakes. The spring run-off has begun filling creeks and streams with lots of water.
Spring officially arrives Friday.
