The South Bruce OPP has closed Highway 21 from Kincardine to Port Elgin, and from Amberley to Kincardine, effective Friday, Dec. 15, at 8:15 p.m.
High wind and blowing snow are causing pockets of zero visibility along these sections of roadway.
For those who decide to travel, keep your headlights and tail lights on, and clear of snow. Remember to keep your speed down - “If you see snow, go slow.”
