South Bruce OPP report two impaired drivers
IMPAIRED DRIVER FACING DAY IN COURT
(GREENOCK TWP, ON) - Dec. 24, at 2:02 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 15 in Greenock Township, stopped a red Mazda Protégé.
The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-one-year-old Craig STEWART of Brockton was charged with operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10, 2018, to answer to the charge.
IMPAIRED DRIVER LOSES CONTROL
(CULROSS TWP, ON) - Dec. 22, at 3:59 p.m., the South Bruce OPP received the report of a single-vehicle crash along Concession 10 in Culross Township.
Officers arrived to find that a white Ford Focus had left the roadway and come to rest in the ditch. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Thirty-five-year-old Christopher JACK of Brockton was charged with impaired driving and operate over-80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10, 2018, to answer to the charges. There were no injuries reported at the scene.
