Kincardine Legion Peewees advance to OMHA semi-finals
The Kincardine Legion Peewees have their sights set on a provincial championship as they advance to the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) Peewee “B” semi-finals against the Ennismore Eagles.

The Peewee Kinucks finished the regular season with eight wins, four losses and two ties.

In their first round of WOAA playoffs, they defeated Saugeen Shores, 3-1, in the best-of-five series. They then advanced to the WOAA finals (OMHA quarter-finals), and downed Listowel, again three games to one, in the best-of-five series.

The Kinucks now square off against Ennismore in a best-of-seven series, for a berth in the OMHA finals, and they are looking for some fan support.

The first game is Friday night in Ennismore, with Game 2 in Kincardine, Saturday, March 3, at 3:15 p.m., at the Davidson Centre.

Game 3 is Sunday in Ennismore, and Game 4 is back at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine, Friday, March 9, at 7:30 p.m.
If necessary, Game 5 is in Ennismore, March 10; and Game 6 is Sunday, March 11, at the Davidson Centre, Kincardine, at 3 p.m.
